It takes about $5.33 million to open nine sauna cabins, a hall and the land under them. This page shows what has actually happened: what we have spent, what guests have committed, and what is financed. It updates the day the money moves, not before.

How to read it: spent is money gone. Committed by guests is money people have paid for a Founding Circle membership or a dated stay; it sits in a separate account and is refundable until we break ground, under the terms. Financed is what a lender or a state program has signed, which is zero until it is signed. The three lanes are never added together, because they are not the same kind of money.
Nothing on this page is an offer of securities. Hytte Hollow does not sell equity, revenue shares or any financial return. The number that matters to us is the first one: what it costs to get to the day the ground is broken.
